Iryna McCoubrey, CA

Iryna joined Sprott Asset Management Inc. in August 2006 as a Manager of Financial Reporting, and was an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Sprott Asset Management Inc. from July 2007 to May 2009. Since May 2009, Iryna is the Chief Financial Officer of Sprott Private Wealth LP. Ms. McCoubrey has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to August 2006, Ms. McCoubrey was an accountant at Horwath Orenstein LLP and, prior to March 2006, was an accountant at Ernst & Young LLP specializing in assurance services for broker/dealer and mutual fund clients.

Ms. McCoubrey graduated with high distinction with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in 2003 and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2006.
